To provide baby development tracking features, daily functionalities, and to maintain the application as a free service, we process the following data:

• Account Information: Email address and password required to create and access your account. You may also use the application without creating an account (anonymously).
• Baby Data: First name, date of birth, and gender, provided to calculate development periods and growth-related information.
• User-Generated Content: Photos and notes that you voluntarily upload as part of the digital journal feature.
• Usage and Device Data: Technical data required for the operation of the application, including device model, operating system version, and anonymized Device Identifiers (Advertising ID / IDFA / AAID) used for advertising purposes.
• Purchase and Subscription Data: Transaction history and subscription validity dates processed to manage in-app purchases and your Premium status.
• Crash and Performance Data: Anonymous crash reports and performance metrics collected to improve application stability.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Development Tracking: Providing informational content related to development periods based on the entered date of birth and descriptions found in scientific literature.
• Personal Journal: Securely storing your memories, including photos and notes.
• Notifications: Sending informational notifications about development periods, only with your explicit consent and request.
• Advertising: Displaying general or personalized advertisements through Google AdMob in order to keep the application free of charge.
• Subscription Management: To grant access to Premium features, verify subscription status, and enable the restoration of purchase history.

3. Data Privacy and Sharing

• Personal and Private: Your data is personal to you. Other users of the application cannot view your profile, your baby's photos, or your notes.
• No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell personal data (such as baby photos, names, or notes) to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
• Advertising Partners: Third-party advertising providers used in the application (Google AdMob) may process advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) and limited usage data to display ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. These data are anonymized and do not directly identify you.
• Payment and Subscription Infrastructure: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription infrastructure securely. We never store credit card information or sensitive payment details on our servers; all financial transactions are processed directly and securely by Apple App Store and Google Play Store. RevenueCat may process anonymous App User IDs to track subscription status.
• Infrastructure: Your data is stored on secure and authorized servers.

4. Protection of Children's Data

This application is not directed at children. Any baby-related data entered into the application is provided solely by a parent or legal guardian. Such data is not shared with third parties and is processed only for the core functionality of the application.

5. Data Retention Period

Personal data is retained for as long as your user account remains active. Upon deletion of your account, all associated content and data (babies, photos, notes, notifications) is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
