1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Little Leaps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this application. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Content and Conduct

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of the photos and data you upload.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains abuse. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this rule.

4. Advertisements and Third-Party Links

The Service may contain advertisements provided by third parties (such as Google AdMob) or links to third-party websites.

• Disclaimer: We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Little Leaps shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

5. Paid Services and Subscriptions

The application offers "Premium" subscription packages for access to specific features.

• Subscription Plans: The app offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscription options. Current pricing is displayed within the app and on the respective store listing.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your respective app store account (Google Play Store or Apple App Store/iTunes) at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings (Google Play Subscriptions or Apple ID Settings) after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds: Refund requests for digital content and subscriptions are handled directly by the respective store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) in accordance with their refund policies.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated content (babies, photos, notes, notifications) at any time through the "Delete My Account" option in the app settings. This action is permanent and irreversible.

7. Privacy

Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the app, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Leaps is provided "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, data loss, service interruptions, or third-party advertising content. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the application.
